I have been a Chief Financial Officer for the last 5 years and have been an accounting and finance professional for 13 years before that. I am now working for a software company in growth mode talking to Venture Capitalists, Investment Bankers, Private Equity professionals and attorney’s. I deal with Patents and Intellectual Property, lawyers and bankers. I manage cash flow, assist with strategic decisions, prepare and present projections to the board.
